It's never too crowded and the noise level is at minimum, very quiet. Great place for study groups and a computer is always available. Staff is nice and the facility is clean too. 10/10
Very rude staff! Computer Lab supervisor is the worst! Staff treat adult visitors as if they are kids during after-school hrs. It gets extremely packed and loud after 2pm. Also barely any pvt study rooms available. This place is almost as if the requirement for being an employee there is to have no concern whatsoever for their guests; I wouldn't doubt if some of those people work at Walmart on the side! Good location, well designed building, nice environment. These are the only reason I gave the three stars!
Great Library, open and a lot of light. Very relaxing place to read a book. They also have benches around the water to sit at.
The staff is nice and the whole library is very clean, the computers are outdated, though. They can't handle big programs.
I just logged in on computer reference number 16, the screen was so bright that it was blinding my eyes. I went to the checkout desk and African lady told me to go to the reference desk. I went to the reference desk where two seniors were sitting, and I told the thin one that the computer monitor was stinging my eyes. I stated to her that I would like to get my session restored and sit at a new PC. She decided to walk me over to the computer, and as we were walking she spotted the computer technician, and told me to chase after him. (He was entering a room on the other end of the building) Then she went back to her desk. I went back to the reference desk and told her I could not catch him. I inquired again if I could get my session restored and sit at another computer, instead she reserved me a seat at the computer center and told me I have two sessions left.
